Senior Director, Project Execution - West

Stephen leads all project delivery and execution for Scale’s Wester region. Stephen is an accomplished, proactive, and results-oriented technical leader bringing over 20 years of Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Construction Management experience. Accountable for Project Management, Construction, Operations, and Health, Safety, and Environment standards, in his current role, Stephen’s depth of experience allows him to operate in multiple capacities, delivering solutions and value to the customers, projects, and internal team members he supports. Stephen has been a leader on Distributed Generation energy projects over the last 18 years, completing over $2B in projects across 100’s of sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from CSU Sacramento and has prior experience working for one of the nation’s largest General Contractors constructing Water/Wastewater Treatment plants, as well as a Public Works position supporting over $300M in taxpayer funded public infrastructure projects in a K-12 education environment.
