Spencer Bernstein

Spencer serves as the Director of Client Success responsible for post-commissioning client engagement and assisting Scale’s clients to achieve their goals. Prior to joining scale, Spencer was a Senior Client Success Manager with EnergyHub managing residential thermostat, battery energy storage, electric vehicle, and C&I demand response and Virtual Power Plant utility programs. Spencer previously spent three and a half years as an Account Executive assisting solar energy developers and asset managers monitor the performance of their solar and storage assets, and two and half years working at an energy consulting firm developing energy procurement strategies for large commercial and industrial facilities based on building load profiles, power market conditions, and regulatory policies. Spencer holds a BS in Energy, Business, and Finance from Pennsylvania State University and a MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
