Seth Hadley

At Scale Microgrids, Seth serves as our Client Success Manager. Seth is responsible for overseeing post-commissioning client engagement and aiding Scale’s customers to reach their desired goals. Prior to Seth’s employment at Scale, he served as the Asset Performance Manager at CalCom Energy - where he operated, maintained and managed a portfolio of over 200 PV and Battery facilities across California and Arizona. Seth previously spent three years working as an onsite Project Engineer replacing underground infrastructure under the jurisdiction of Pacific Gas and Electric. Seth holds a B.S. from California State University Fresno.
