Project Engineering Manager

RJ serves as the Project Engineering Manager responsible for end-to-end project delivery - from client engagement, designing projects hand-in-hand with clients, construction management and beyond. RJ’s passion is facility maximization - cost and energy optimization delivered seamlessly and effortlessly. Prior to joining Scale, RJ was a Project Manager with leading renewables and energy efficiency EPC firm, Engie, for eight years overseeing C&I solar, EV, battery energy storage, energy management systems, and water efficiency projects. Under his guidance, he has helped his clients receive national acclaim such as the CSBA Golden Bell awards for school districts and CWEA Clean Water Excellence for Special Districts. RJ seeks to bring together structured financing, cutting-edge technologies and compelling project incentives that are actionable and attainable for the facility and the grid of the future. RJ holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from California Polytechnic State University and is a licensed Electrical Professional Engineer.
