Marina has 10 years experience of working as an in-house Recruiter, originally in the software industry before transitioning to Scale in 2022. Previously she worked in regional staffing agencies in the UK where she was born and brought up. She manages the hiring process for roles right across Scale and has a solid reputation for giving a high-touch candidate experience.
Marina moved to the US in 2017 and lives in the beautiful Monadnock region of New Hampshire with her husband, a dozen chickens (all named Barbara), and 3 dogs, there are plans to bring horses, goats, pigs, and donkeys into the family in the coming year. Downtime is spent kayaking, hiking, gardening, and reading British crime novels.
