Justin Cooper

Justin Cooper comes to Scale from the transactional law and startup spaces where he provided legal counsel and operations insight to businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs on a variety of legal needs. Justin holds a juris doctorate, a master’s in environmental law & Policy, and a bachelors in political science. At Scale, Justin reviews, drafts, and negotiates contracting and acquisition documentation pre- and post-execution. Passionate about the strategic interface between law, technology, and business, Justin also drives and supports Scale’s legal operations through the utilization of technological tools and systems to automate processes, drive proactive work processes and manage initiatives within the commercial team and other stakeholders within the company including finance, procurement, business development, and other operational groups.
