Jacob Vittitow
Senior Power Engineer
Jacob Vittiow, PE, is Scale's subject matter expert in electrical distribution equipment and assists with the design and interconnection of microgrid projects. Jacob oversees the design and implementation of microgrids in California and the Mid-Atlantic states and leads Scale's standardization efforts for multiple microgrid products. He earned his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville. He started his career as a Power Plant Engineer for Louisville Gas & Electric, then did a stint as a consulting engineer with C&I Engineering, focusing on designing and implementing electrical upgrade projects.
