Ian Liebman
Applications Engineer
Ian Liebman is an applications engineer at Scale. He previously worked at Nexamp, the #1 community solar developer in the US, for three years with the Grid Interconnection Engineering Team. There, he managed a portfolio of utility applications in New England and New York from conception through construction and to completion. Before that, he was the lead electrical engineer at Suncommon in New York working on full designs, interconnection, commissioning, and testing of community solar and commercial PV systems. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from SUNY New Paltz with concentrations in power systems and computer science.
