Hamza Ahmad

Hamza is a software engineer at Scale Microgrids.

Previously, he worked as an electrical engineer at a utility in Houston. He worked in various groups including distribution engineering, reliability engineering and controls systems. They also worked at a software startup based in Austin working with satellite image data sets and created a complete payment infrastructure for the app.

Hamza has a bachelors in Electrical Engineering and pursing a Masters in Computer Science and was part of a NASA research group in undergrad to study the Aurora Borealis. They launched weather balloons with scientific payloads in Poker Flats Alaska!
