Eric Hayes is an Applications Engineer with expertise in Photovoltaic Systems and Energy Storage devices, coming from 9 years of PV design experience before joining Scale in 2022 to dive deeper into microgrid projects. He strives to optimize layouts and electrical diagrams, and uses a thorough knowledge of code books to deliver first class solutions. In his spare time Eric enjoys playing guitar, gardening, painting, and snowboarding. Eric's a Penn State Alumni and holds a Professional Electrical Engineering license in CA, where he resides.
