Carson Conner

Carson joined Scale in mid-2023 and is based out of the Northern California office managing projects in the Greater Bay Area. Carson started off as a union electrician in San Francisco (I.B.E.W Local 6) after growing tired of looking at brain circuitry during his studies in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior at UC Davis. He transitioned and developed his Project Management acumen with Cupertino Electric and later Sprig Electric in Commercial Electrical Subcontracting before jumping at the opportunity to be part of the quickly evolving Microgrid world as part of the Scale Team. Outside of work, Carson pursues an eclectic mix of hobbies including backpacking, riding motorcycles, gardening, and art projects at home with his family.
