Allison brings more than 8 years of experience supporting Human Resources in various organizations. Most recently, she spearheaded a two-year transformation of organizational culture, leading to recognition as a Fortune Best Workplace in Texas. Allison holds Bachelor of Arts in both Journalism and Philosophy from Pennsylvania State University. She holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) credential. She lives in New Jersey and enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.
