Alicia Paesani

Alicia brings an extensive 25-year background in the legal industry to her role as a paralegal supporting the commercial team. Prior to joining Scale, Alicia served as the senior paralegal for the commercial transactions team at NextEra Energy Resources where she supported, among other transactions, a $650 million joint venture aimed at promoting the development of commercial electric vehicle charging stations. Prior to that, she was the senior paralegal at Andersen, Tate & Carr PC where she supported the firm’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group on a wide variety of matters. Alicia successfully completed her paralegal certification program from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, GA. In her free time, Alicia enjoys outdoor adventures with her husband and kids on Florida’s Treasure Coast.
